EagleLIFT and the LLR Corporate Education Program

The leadership program we put in place has a five-year track record of success in developing leadership skills within the staff, enhancing teamwork, strengthening task ownership, and promoting a learning culture.  The key ingredient of the program is taking the leadership principles taught in the course and applying them specifically to EagleLIFT management and operations functions.  Through the one hour monthly seminars, the staff is experiencing the excitement of gaining new information and exchanging leadership ideas directly usable on a daily basis.

Through the LLR Corporate Education program conducted by Mike Rowles, I have witnessed a dramatic change to a learning culture in our company.  My manager’s leadership abilities have risen to new heights and I have honed my leadership effectiveness.  Strongly recommended.
